We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Growth Specialist to join our team at INNOCV Solutions S.L.U.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design value propositions that align with client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Manage sales cycles from initial contact to closing, including proposal preparation and negotiation

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and cloud solutions
  • A solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, or healthcare
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients at the executive level
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets
