About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Skello. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international team and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management
    • Manage the administrative tasks of the employee cycle, including payroll, meal vouchers, onboarding, offboarding, and absences.
    • Provide administrative support to managers and employees, ensuring our standards are met.
  • Office Management
    • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and collaborative office environment for all employees.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and basic foods and beverages to support employee productivity.
  • Culture and Engagement
    • Develop and implement initiatives to promote our corporate culture and values.
    • Organize team-building events and activities to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on administrative, happiness, and office management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
