Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, handling employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
- Control and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate HR events and meetings, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Specialist to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the handling sector.
- Knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
- Fluent in English.
