FCM Travel Spain is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in implementing HR policies and processes, supporting company growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising the HR team on HR policy implementation and process development.
  • Supporting company growth initiatives, including equality plans, career development programs, and contract negotiations.
  • Representing the company in labor relations matters, including administrative and judicial proceedings.
  • Handling compensation and benefits administration, including benefits, flexible compensation, and share plan management.
  • Providing expertise on legal and tax issues, including Spanish law and regulations.
  • Supporting management and the HR team on remote workers agreements, freelance contracts, and international mobility.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for contracts, salary changes, and role updates.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization as an HR Generalist or Labour Relations specialist.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and delivering results on time and to quality standards.
  • Project management skills and experience in managing HR-related projects.
