- Assist with the processing and maintenance of payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including creating and maintaining filing systems and generating reports as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
