Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees in Spain, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, handling employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
  • Control and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate HR events and meetings, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Specialist to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the handling sector.
  • Knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent in English.
