Job Summary

We are recruiting a Human Resources Specialist to provide outstanding support to our international team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a flawless administrative management, offering a welcoming and collaborative office environment, and spreading our corporate culture through regular initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Management
    • Manage the administrative tasks of the employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll, meal vouchers, and absences.
    • Support managers and employees with administrative advice and ensure our standards are met.
  • Office Environment
    • Ensure that office supplies, equipment, basic foods, and beverages are available to employees.
    • Work with partners to maintain a safe and clean office environment.
  • Corporate Culture
    • Lead the organization of team-building events.
    • Raise awareness about our culture through onboarding sessions and training managers.

Requirements

  • Between one and three years of experience in HR, with a focus on administrative, happiness, and office management.
  • Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative and bold initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Selection Process

  • Discovery call with Daniel, HR intern.
  • Interview with Agathe, HR Partner, covering hard skills.
  • Practical case presentation in the office.
  • Interview with Juliette, Global Head of People, covering soft skills.
  • Interview with David, Chief Financial Officer, covering cultural fit.
