About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Ust España & Latam. As a key member of our Delivery Management team, you will be responsible for creating a people strategy at a Business Unit level and defining an implementation plan to achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee experience, including team building, employer branding, training, and career growth.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Management team to tailor make and implement the strategy, evaluating and controlling progress along the way.
  • Generate greater commitment to the organization through plans and strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage a budget for team building and brand awareness activities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Sociable, empathic character with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Observant and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Desirable experience in IT consultancy.
  • Professional working capacity in English (C1 at least).
  • Occasional travel in Spain and EU.
