Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a flawless administrative management of the employee cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes managing payroll, meal vouchers, onboarding, offboarding, and absences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Support managers and employees with administrative advice and ensure our standards are met
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and basic foods and beverages to ensure a welcoming and safe office environment
- Organize team-building events and lead onboarding sessions and training for managers
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as improving the onboarding program, building a salary benchmark, and organizing internal trainings
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on administrative, happiness, and office management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English and Spanish
