Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the team and contributing to the achievement of our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization and delivery of recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Support the management and leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues, including colleague relations and performance management.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of colleague transfers, new hires, and personnel files.
  • Assist with the processing and maintenance of payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including creating and maintaining filing systems and generating reports as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
