**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a representative of one of the largest BPO companies, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for international clients. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information using the right tools, and communicating through multiple channels of support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and complete information using MS Office tools
- Work closely with the team to meet targets
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
**Requirements:**
- Native or near-native speaker in Norwegian
- Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Tech savvy with knowledge of MS Office tools
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
**Salary:** Approximately €28,000 per year based on location and experience. Performance bonuses and career growth opportunities available.
