About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor with English language skills for one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with coffee, kitchen, air conditioning, and home care.

The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support as ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, aligning with our client's reputation and status. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 360-degree support for all our brands in pre- and post-sales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Offering basic technical support for troubleshooting and back-office tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • A listening and understanding capacity, empathy, and customer focus.
  • Problem-solving and technical learning abilities, integrity, and trust.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Desirable experience in digital/e-commerce user, cross-selling, up-selling, and social media user capabilities.

Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • 37.5 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
  • A salary of €18,771.21 gross per year.
