Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The purpose of this role is to be the frontline sales person responsible for executing agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales area.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a portfolio of customers in a designated area to execute the sales plan and deliver budgeted KPIs.
- Presenting value propositions in a suitable and successful way aligned with customer prioritization from the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) program.
- Screens customer base for new opportunities, generates leads, and maintains pipeline within CRM.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the features and benefits of available products/services and be able to educate customers on technical requirements of available product lines, IT support tools, and non-paint assortment.
Key AccountabilitiesThe key accountabilities of this role include:
- Informing upper management about the required sales support level and cooperating in the implementation of defined activities.
- Systematically updating CRM with valid, accurate, and complete customer-related information.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:
