**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Plasma Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Director of Planning Operations, who acts as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Plasma Procurement.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee strategic and operational projects to drive business unit strategy execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings to ensure informed decision-making
- Foster communication and collaboration across departments to implement strategic initiatives successfully
- Identify and resolve operational and strategic issues through data analysis and research
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting roles with expertise in project management and team coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in PowerBI and other analytics and visualization tools
