Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our client's team in Valencia, Spain. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through new sales opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a solid sales background and excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English. You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management;
- Creating a business environment for sustained growth on the account;
- Developing and maintaining relationships within the account to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity;
- Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts;
- Preparing commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability through proactive management;
- Executing and achieving sales quotas and targets;
- Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline;
- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Solid sales background;
- Fluent German (C2) and English at native level;
- Strong communication skills;
- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset;
- Motivated and self-starter attitude;
- Previous experience working with channels;
- Previous experience in sales B2B;
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
We offer a comprehensive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, including:
- Excellent salary range €40,000 - €60,000 per annum;
- Full-time contract Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM;
