About the Role:

Helloprint is looking for an exceptional administrative professional to join our Executive Team in Valencia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ever-changing office environment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our team members.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, as well as agenda management, to support the Executive Team.
  • Support the Executive Team with various projects as needed, utilizing your administrative expertise to drive results.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with various team activities, including events and meetings.
  • Track and drive completion of key actions and follow up on outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in administrative positions, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Higher-level studies (Law, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members informed.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Dutch is a plus).
  • Experience with event management, international travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with international businesses and distributed teams.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to have fun at work and help others do the same.
