**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Ventures Analyst in Valencia to champion our business model and drive portfolio growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing new startups and supporting their acceleration
- Attending calls or meetings with relevant companies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local VCs, universities, corporations, etc.
- Actively networking with startup founders at industry events and conferences
- Scheduling and facilitating deal flow meetings between startups and corporate partners
- Curate startup lists for programs or corporate partners based on their technology interests

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of cap tables, startup financing, and growth metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite executives and VC Partners
**Salary Information**
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
