The Opportunity


Are you a seasoned sales professional with a track record of leading high-performing teams? Do you excel in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of urgency? We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our world-class team at Nutanix.

Your Role

  • Build, manage, and coach a team of inside sales professionals focused on new logo business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with Nutanix field sales to design and execute sales account approaches
  • Meet and exceed bookings targets for identified market segments
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales campaigns with Nutanix marketing
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDC


What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of management experience
  • Enterprise sales experience with a strong background in Storage, Networking, Virtualization, or Cloud industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals through team leadership and motivation
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
