Omega CRM Consulting, a renowned company in the Customer Experience services sector with over 20 years of experience in applying Technology to Marketing and delivering exceptional Customer Relationships, is seeking an experienced Business Consultant.
About the JobThis position involves supporting our Solutions area by participating in projects and proposals, providing innovative solutions and offering a functional view of clients' goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in project teams as a consultant or functional lead, implementing Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
- Advising on technology and business process decisions.
- Defining and reengineering client, commercial area, and business operations related processes.
- Structuring business cases, analyzing situations, complications, and focus proposals for resolution.
- Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
- Working closely with customers to understand current business processes at a detailed level.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- +5 years of experience as a business consultant or digital transformation specialist.
- Experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics projects.
- Expertise in definition and process improvement methods.
- Experience in Salesforce/Veeva consulting.
- Background in the Pharmaceutical/Health sector.
- Ability to generate documents and presentations tailored for executive and specific audiences.
- Experience developing omnichannel strategies.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in Spanish and English.
