Job Title

GLOBAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathic individual to join our team as a Global Customer Support Representative. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Serbian language (C2 level)
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and internal platforms
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms
  • Availability to work from the office and home within 100km
Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €38.5 per hour, with a 38.5-hour working week contract. You will also enjoy:
