Empresa Reconocida seeks a skilled professional for a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, expertise in sales capability building, and a passion for driving business growth. As the Global Sales Capability Building Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing global sales capabilities strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial frameworks, and fostering collaboration across zones and hubs.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in developing traditional trade markets. A strong understanding of Nestlé sales processes is essential, as well as experience working in Sales or CDT job roles and capabilities. Familiarity with eCommerce and capability building is an asset. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of success in implementing initiatives are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Global Sales Capabilities Strategies: Own the development and implementation of global sales capabilities strategies, aligning with commercial frameworks and fostering collaboration across zones and hubs.
- Drive Training Calendar Development: Work closely with Zone and Commercial Framework teams to drive training calendar development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assess and Improve Sales Competency Framework: Assess the sales competency framework, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance its effectiveness.
- Leverage Learning Platforms: Utilize learning platforms to develop self-paced learning modules for each competency, ensuring seamless integration into existing learning ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, including Marketing and L&D CoCs, to ensure cohesive and value-added learning experiences.
- Engage with Regional Teams: Engage with regional teams to capture bottom-up needs and cascade top-down initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
