The Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Fuel Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and leading the development of retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area through strategic sales and implementation of agreed standards.
Your Responsibilities
As a Global Fuel Sales Development Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and develop retail and impulse accounts
- Lead the implementation of agreed Perfect Store and WvsC standards
- Work closely with other departments to achieve regional goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team skills
- A clear understanding of the market's sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour in FMCG context
- A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
