Global Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Manager to join our team at Recruitment Direct in Barcelona, Spain. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
About the RoleAs a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our trade partners to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our retail partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners on a regular basis to ensure they have the necessary products in stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on strategic product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
We understand that maintaining regular contact with customers can be challenging. Therefore, you must excel in managing your time effectively to reach every customer consistently.

- Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
- Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
- Fluency in English and Dutch: Plus one additional European language (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
