You will be part of a dynamic and growing team, working closely with a Head of Customer Onboarding and collaborating with a team of 15 Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and users, managing re-onboarding for customer accounts and/or users when necessary, and collaborating with CSMs and Account Executives (AEs) to develop an objective-driven onboarding strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Onboard all new customers and users using various approaches tailored to workflows and clients' tiering organization

• Collaborate with CSMs and AEs to develop an objective-driven onboarding strategy aimed at ensuring adoption and delivering value

• Deepen customer qualification by identifying their needs, routines, and key contacts to enhance retention

• Proactively monitor portfolio performance to anticipate and mitigate potential issues

• Collaborate with other teams to share customer feedback, implement new use cases, and enhance the overall customer experience

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and conduct the first customer business review with CSMs

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSM or Onboarding Specialist role within the B2B SaaS industry, focusing primarily on complex solutions

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is a prerequisite, and ideally, you also possess proficiency in Spanish

• Ability to effectively manage significant client portfolios, including key accounts
