Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities for our innovative web-based technology
- Utilize your existing network in the DACH region to win new clients
- Present product demos to potential clients, negotiate, and close deals
- Understand client needs and articulate the value of TravelPerk
- Master sales forecasting and tactical planning
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Experience in direct SaaS sales or selling technology solutions to enterprise clients
- Based in Germany and/or willing to visit prospects in the DACH region
- Proficiency in German and English
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably phone-based with a focus on new client acquisition
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Quick learner, resourceful, and tech-savvy
- Effective prioritization and focus skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Resilience, perseverance, and determination

We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Barcelona hub.
We prioritize experience and potential over academic qualifications. We believe that talent and ability aren't always reflected in formal credentials.
