Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key contributor to our go-to-market strategy, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, retaining and expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll showcase excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills, working closely with our Account Management team to ensure smooth transitions and effective account management. You'll also be responsible for:

  1. Generating new clients for our innovative web-based technology.
  2. Utilizing your existing network in the DACH region to win new business for TravelPerk.
  3. Presenting product demos to potential clients, negotiating, and following up until closing the deal.
  4. Understanding the needs of our target prospects and articulating the value that TravelPerk provides.
  5. Mastering the sales forecast and tactical planning.
  6. Staying up-to-date with new features and product launches.
  7. Helping define and establish best practices with the Marketing team.
  8. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance analytics.
  9. Suggesting innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Requirements

We're looking for a sales professional with:

  1. Experience in direct SaaS sales or selling technology solutions to Enterprise clients.
  2. Proficiency in both German and English.
  3. At least 3 years of experience working in a sales position, preferably phone-based with a significant focus on new client acquisition.
  4. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals in previous roles.
  5. Strong communication skills, including excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Extensive experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  7. Ability to make decisions based on data rather than opinions.
  8. Quick learner, resourceful, and tech-savvy.
  9. Effective prioritization and focus skills, utilizing the 80/20 principle.
  10. Independent and self-motivated, capable of working without extensive supervision.
  11. Resilience, perseverance, and determination.
  12. Ownership mindset, comfortable working outside of your comfort zone when necessary.
