Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key contributor to our go-to-market strategy, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities for our innovative web-based technology
- Utilize your existing network in the DACH region to win new clients
- Present product demos to potential clients, negotiate, and close deals
- Understand client needs and articulate the value of TravelPerk
- Master the sales forecast and tactical planning
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to define best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Experience in direct SaaS sales or selling technology solutions to Enterprise clients
- Proficiency in German and English
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably phone-based, with a focus on new client acquisition
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
