Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key contributor to our go-to-market strategy, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities for our innovative web-based technology
  • Utilize your existing network in the DACH region to win new clients
  • Present product demos to potential clients, negotiate, and close deals
  • Understand client needs and articulate the value of TravelPerk
  • Master the sales forecast and tactical planning
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define best practices
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • Experience in direct SaaS sales or selling technology solutions to Enterprise clients
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably phone-based, with a focus on new client acquisition
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
