Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner for the EMEA Region. This role will focus on providing support to the Engineering, Product, and Design organization within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in employee relations, talent management, and change management. They will be able to advise and influence business leaders at various levels, and develop strategic and tactical HR plans to drive regional and global business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partner for EMEA Region

• Provide support to the Engineering, Product, and Design organization within the EMEA region

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and a positive employee experience

• Collaborate with the HRBP EPD team in the Americas and India to align on strategies, key priorities, and processes that impact EPD

• Partner with our People Team, Finance, and other parts of the organization to develop and deliver strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, culture, diversity, talent development, and performance management

• Act as a coach and liaison to the leadership team for change and design and implement change management plans to minimize disruption to business objectives and key projects

• Analyze data and trends and make recommendations to improve employee experiences, including engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, retention, and performance

• Proactively partner with our Talent Acquisition team to share information and develop successful recruiting strategies

• Support compliance of all local laws and regulations, security, and integrity of data, including personal and confidential information

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, or Engineering

• Proficient Spanish verbal and written communication skills

• Progressive experience in HR, including strong previous HR Business Partner experience with an organization that is fast-paced and customer-driven

• Heavy emphasis on employee relations, must have prior ER experience

• Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders at various levels (front-line manager - leader levels)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience advising US executives on application of local labor laws and compliance requirements in EMEA, specifically within Spain

• Has in-depth experience in one or more HR disciplines (recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, etc.)

• Experience managing local site/regional challenges and complex regional projects while working across multiple geographies with HRBPs, COEs, and Finance partners

• Bonus points if you have HR experience with a global SaaS organization (preferably experience supporting Engineering organizations)

• Degree in Human Resources or a related area

• Prior work experience with a multinational company headquartered in the US
