Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As the HR Leader EMEA, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and organizing various HR activities in the region. This role will focus on implementing the global HR strategy in tune with the region's needs, coordinating and following up on various HR projects within the region, and advising management on strategic HR matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate and implement the Global HR policies and programs within the EMEA region to promote cohesiveness.
  • Create, coordinate, and implement HR projects in the region with a strong focus on building a thriving culture and employee engagement.
  • Be responsible for planning, designing, and executing HR services and programs that are aligned with the functional business strategies.
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Organize and execute talent acquisition, training and development, employment processing, compensation, etc.
  • Strengthen the EMEA HR organization and lead a team of HR Business Partners and other HR professionals.
  • Work with EMEA leadership to develop effective internal communications (between and among management and employees).
  • Ensure employment law compliance in the different countries.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree
  • At least 7 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of current trends in human resources
  • Dynamic and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and pragmatic, able to get things done
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and the ability to work within a diverse and international team
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
