About the Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As the HR Leader EMEA, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and organizing various HR activities in the region. This includes implementing the global HR strategy, coordinating and following up on HR projects, and advising management on strategic HR matters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Translate and implement global HR policies and programs within the EMEA region.
  • Create, coordinate, and implement HR projects in the region, focusing on building a thriving culture and employee engagement.
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Organize and execute talent acquisition, training and development, employment processing, compensation, etc.
  • Strengthen the EMEA HR organization and lead a team of HR Business Partners and other HR professionals.
  • Work with EMEA leadership to develop effective internal communications.
  • Ensure employment law compliance in the different countries.

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • At least 7 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of current trends in human resources
  • Dynamic and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and pragmatic, able to get things done
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and the ability to work within a diverse and international team
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
