Job Title: EMEA Human Resources Director

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to headquarters)

About Us: Belmonte Group is a dynamic and growing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EMEA region. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being. Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations in the EMEA region, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic business partner to our EMEA leadership team, providing HR expertise and guidance to support business objectives.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the EMEA region.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
