About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders across the region.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Providing HR guidance and support to business leaders on employment law, compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with the EMEA HR Director to operationalize the regional HR plan
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners

What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving HR initiatives and projects to support business objectives
  • Developing and implementing HR solutions to meet business needs
  • Providing coaching and development to business leaders and HR teams
  • Collaborating with the EMEA HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
