With over 4000 SKUs across 100+ retailers, and 5 million products reaching consumers annually, we know how to take young, disruptive beauty brands and turn them into international success stories.

As a Sales and Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless order processing and delivery while representing our brands with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.
  • Provide customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery through our ERP systems to manage stock effectively across our European third-party logistics partners.
  • Handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation.
  • Conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with our Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive sales and always deliver customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English (Polish language skills are a plus).
  • Experience in customer service, logistics or sales.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
