Sales and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.
Provide customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery through our ERP systems to manage stock effectively across our European third-party logistics partners.
Handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation.
Conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships.
Collaborate with our Merchandising, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to drive sales and always deliver customer service excellence.

Requirements:
Fluency in German and English (Polish language skills are a plus).
Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
