About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of our sales teams. This position is responsible for monitoring revenue KPIs, tracking business results, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales operations processes, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.
  • Analyze data to understand sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of our CRM system and sales processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in a related field (e.g., economics, statistics, business).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
