We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to partner with our Commercial Teams across the world in mission-critical Sales Strategy & Operations activities.

The ideal candidate will join a very international team that is passionate about using data, insights & trusted partnerships to enable our colleagues from all over the world to exceed their business objectives.

The role will involve partnering with Commercial Teams in Quarterly Target Setting, Achievements, Segmentation & Territory Management processes, as well as centralizing Target Letters administration using a custom-built tool.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring, proposing and executing Business Process Improvements, ensuring high data quality and providing data-driven insights to Senior Executives on Sales Compensation, Incentives, etc.

Additionally, the candidate will build strong cross-functional partnerships with Senior Executives, Sales Ops, HR, FP&A;, Legal & Analytics across the world.

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, the candidate will grow to become a Strategic Business Partner & Trusted Advisor to Senior Executives, developing key foundational skills across Sales Strategy, Enablement, Operations & Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent speaking and writing in English, advanced Excel skills to manipulate large volumes of data, great organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication and customer success skills.

The candidate will also be able to handle highly sensitive & confidential information, have a strong work ethic & detail-oriented approach, and be open-minded to challenge the status quo and thrive in rapidly changing business environments.

Bonus points for experience in Management Consulting, Data Analytics, Sales Operations and/or Finance with increasing responsibilities, experience in Compensation/Incentives, and experience using Tableau, Salesforce and/or Anaplan.
