Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Strategy team's primary objective is to enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the sales organization. This involves contributing to strategic insights, data-driven analyses, and collaborative planning to support the achievement of sales goals and objectives.

Key Tasks:

  • Support definition and tracking of our commercial strategy, revenue plan, and priorities for the year.
  • Segment our market and our customers, identify opportunities, and prioritize based on their current and potential value.
  • Drive our quarterly topline reforecast process.
  • Generate detailed reports and analyses to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, including business plan execution, and pipeline management.
  • Actively support discussions and development of strategic action plans, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation of detailed reports, analyses, and actionable insights to empower sales leaders in making well-informed and strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments (Commercial teams, Finance, SalesOps, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to business objectives and customer needs.

About You:

We are looking for an analytical thinker with proven experience in Strategy Consulting, Finance, or Business Intelligence/Data Analysis. You should be able to translate complex information into clear and strategic insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. As a member of the Sales Strategy team, you will be an essential strategic partner for sales leadership, actively contributing to strategy development and execution.
