Sales Strategy Operations Analyst

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated Sales Strategy Operations Analyst to partner with our Commercial Teams across the world in mission-critical Sales Strategy Operations activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Commercial Teams across the world in mission-critical Sales Strategy Operations activities including Quarterly Target Setting, Achievements, Segmentation Territory Management processes.
- Centralize Target Letters administration using custom-built tool (Docflow).
- Monitor, propose and execute Business Process Improvements: measure effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations and execute change management.
- Ensure high data quality and provide data-driven insights to Senior Executives on Sales Compensation, Incentives, etc.
- Curious about people; Enjoy helping people from all over the world exceed their objectives.
- Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications meetings are in English).
- Advanced Excel skills to manipulate large volumes of data.
- Great organizational and project management skills; Able to manage several cross-functional work streams/projects at once.
- Excellent communication and customer success skills; Able to build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams including: Senior Executives, Sales Ops, HR, FPA;, Legal Analytics.
