Sales Strategy and Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations professional to join our team at OneTrust. As a Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in data modeling and reporting for large amounts of data in a sustainable and replicable way.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with non-analytical stakeholders.
  • Extra Awesome Experience in supporting Sales Departments.
