About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team at OneTrust. As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Operations Team, you will be responsible for developing and refining sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization
  • Support our Sales team by performing regular team maintenance and keeping a clean and up-to-date representation of the team's territory in our CRM platform
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth
  • Sales enablement: support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
  • Training and development: assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Salesforce management: ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Curiosity and grit, taking ownership of the problems and challenges you'll be facing, not waiting for being taught what to do and always looking for a better solution
