Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization
  • Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in data analysis tools
