Job Description

Cint, a pioneer in research technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Analyst to join its strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company's strategy, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Cint is looking to strengthen its strategy team with an analyst who can drive critical projects forward. This is an opportunity to apply your skill set to contribute to the company's growth and success, while gaining a deep understanding of how a technology company operates.

The Team

The strategy team partners with Cinters and leaders across the company to articulate the near to long-term strategy, create alignment, and drive transformation and change. We champion data-driven decision making, thorough market and internal analysis, and bring problem-solving approaches to tackle Cint's key challenges.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and senior members of the team to support the strategic planning process and deliver high-impact projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various aspects of the business, including market, competition, customers, products, and processes.
  • Build complex models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios and support decision making.
  • Drive the creation of high-impact decision-making materials.
  • Continuously gather insights on the ecosystem to build an unparalleled understanding of the market.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the team and senior stakeholders related to market or business intelligence.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience working in a strategy/consulting-focused role, either at a consulting practice or part of an internal strategy team of a technology company.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and information.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify trends, opportunities, evaluate risks, and challenges.
  • Ability to develop and present strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Strong communication skills to work, be credible, and become a trusted partner to senior leadership.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Tech-savvy and interested in the consumer insights space.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
