As a Plasma Strategy Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Planning Operations, who acts as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Plasma Procurement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee strategic and operational projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments
  • Identify and resolve operational and strategic issues
  • Support decision-making through data analysis and research
  • Conduct data analysis and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with Plasma teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting roles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management and team coordination
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and other analytics and visualization tools
  • Experience in Life Sciences and/or Retail industries is advantageous
