Senior Manager, Plasma Pricing

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the compensation strategy for paid plasma donations.
  • Integrate aspects of revenue management, pricing analysis, and product ownership to lead the recommendation of data-driven compensation strategies at the leadership level.
  • Provide comprehensive insights on the overall impact when optimizing compensation structures.
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and IT to align on execution plans and monitor impact.
  • Manage pricing tools and systems to meet business needs and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to leverage advanced analytics in pricing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
