Mission

The Pricing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the compensation strategy for paid plasma donations. This role integrates aspects of revenue management, pricing analysis, and product ownership, and involves leading the recommendation of data-driven compensation strategies at the leadership level.

Responsibilities
  • Set Compensation Strategy: Define a data-driven model to inform compensation strategies
  • Provide regular leadership updates on donor demand forecasts and recommendations to optimize compensation strategies
  • Prepare and present financial models and projections for pricing decisions
  • Implement and track impact: Monitor and optimize pricing structures using data-driven insights
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and IT to align on execution plans and monitor impact
  • Product Ownership: Manage pricing tools and systems to meet business needs and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with Data Science to leverage advanced analytics in pricing
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for pricing consistency and compliance

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
