Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.
  • Provide customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery through our ERP systems.
  • Handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation.
  • Conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships.

As a Sales and Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless order processing and delivery while representing our brands with exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to drive sales and deliver customer service excellence in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
