Sales Position: Regional Sales Representative

Salary Range: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Catalonia as a Regional Sales Representative. This role involves managing assigned accounts in the Food, Drug, and Mass-Merchandise market sector, driving sales revenue for key brands in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing assigned accounts directly to drive sales revenue growth
  • Ongoing communication with customers to ensure alignment with brand strategy
  • Preparing and executing annual budgets for accounts
  • Day-to-day management of promotional calendars, including trade spends and pricing

You will work closely with our demand planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy.

We require a high-energy self-starter with strong teamwork and prioritisation skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment. You must have fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
