About the Role- Ensure effective vendor management practices and capabilities are executed under the guidance of the IT Security & Compliance Product Stream Operations Manager.
- Collaborate with IT Security & Compliance Product Portfolio Specialists and vendor management practitioners to ensure contracts are processed and updated according to guidelines.
- Resolve contract recording and invoicing issues, follow up on operational activities, and respond to requests from product managers and other parties.
- Produce reports ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance rules, perform maintenance routines, and corrective actions on deviations.
This role also involves providing advice and recommendations by analyzing multiple views of the Product/Project portfolio data down to product/project/vendor level.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Vendor Management activities for the Product Groups, including defining and executing vendor governance, supporting the management and definition of vendor contracts, shaping demands, developing relationships, and management of financial processes related to sourcing.
- Guiding teams on operational best practices, tools, and ways of working to ensure alignment with the O-CIO and transversal streams.
- Representing the Security & Compliance product stream in various forums and meetings within the Information Technology organization.
- Providing input on 3rd party risk management, developing and monitoring controls to ensure compliance of vendors.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Frequent business travel may be required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Fluent Business English is essential for this position.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the location.
