Sales Performance Specialist

Job Overview
Dynatrace, a leader in unified observability and security, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and revenue in the cloud space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new customer leads, positioning Dynatrace solutions, and closing business deals.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent consultative sales skills and experience working with SaaS cloud or container space. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in inside sales, carrying a discrete quota, and possess strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and pain points.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a GTM strategy to drive conversations, convert to discovery, demonstrations, and evaluations
- Prospect new accounts and build relationships with potential customers using phone, social media, and email persona-based conversations
- Effectively work with existing customers to extend their Dynatrace footprint
- Manage time efficiently to focus on activities that grow pipeline and revenue within an emerging enterprise approach positioning best-in-class monitoring platform
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent related experience (preferred)
- MEDDIC experience (required)
- Fluency in English and German (required)
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator (preferred)

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location. Please note that this information is provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
