Italian Pre-Sales Business Development Specialist

We offer a comprehensive onboarding process to equip you for success as an Anteriad BDR. You'll work closely with our clients' sales experts, such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu, learning from the best in the industry while building your network of global decision-makers.
Job SummaryThe role of a Business Development Representative involves calling Italian companies to gather information about their IT needs. Your aim will be to generate leads by setting up meetings between IT managers and our clients' sales representatives. This is a non-sales role, focusing on building relationships and understanding customer needs.
You will work under an uncapped commission system, allowing you to earn more money as you generate more leads. With a progressive structure of commissions per lead, you'll have the opportunity to set and achieve goals, driving your professional growth within the organization.
Working Conditions- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
- Permanent contract
- Monthly salary (approximately €1680) + uncapped commission system
- Option to work from home some days, subject to company rules
